Newman Ogbebor leads LLANN Homes Ltd after years on London sites — first as a tradesman, then running other people's projects. The premise is simple: take on what we can finish well, keep the team small, and stay close enough to the work to catch problems before they become decisions.
The business sits alongside our sister property companies — LLANN Investment, Ogbebor Lettings and Timberland Properties — so we understand a build from the developer's side as much as the homeowner's.

Programme discipline
We write programmes we intend to keep. Sequencing, lead times and trade overlaps are planned before site set-up — not on the fly.

Quiet craft
A house should feel calmer when we leave than when we arrived. Joinery shadow-lines, plaster finishes and brickwork are checked against samples we agree at the start.

Transparent money
Fixed-price contracts with a detailed bill of quantities. Variations are priced in writing before they happen, never billed at the end.

Aftercare
A 12-month workmanship warranty, snagging closed within two weeks of handover, and a number that still answers six months later.
