    Week 1–4

    Design & quote

    We work with your architect (or recommend one) to develop the design to tender-ready stage, then return a detailed, fixed-price quote.

  3. 03

    Variable

    Planning & permits

    We manage Building Control, Party Wall awards, planning conditions and any specialist consultants the project needs.

  4. 04

    Programmed

    Build

    Site set-up, weekly client updates, a single point of contact, and a programme tracked in writing. Variations are priced before they happen — never billed later.

  5. 05

    Final week + 12 months

    Handover & aftercare

    We walk you through the finished house, hand over warranties and manuals, and stay on the hook for snagging and any defects for a full year.
